Granatex 500 is the perfect granite filler material for use in non-gelcoat, high water use environments. The 0.06% Water Absorption Rate identified in the independent tests results found on this page our newsletter, compares favorably with that of the solid surface product of your major competitors (Corian and Avonite).
Add this advantage to the ability of Granatex 500 to be case in compound shapes rather than being limited to flat stock, and, like cream, it rises to the top of the list of material choices for consumers requesting the "granite-look"!
Granites are an extremely popular choice of today's consumer for both the kitchen and the bathroom. Granatex 500 is available in 6 (now 17) colors in medium particle textures: Primrose Pink, Cascade White, Arrowwood Brown, Mojave Tan, Whitney Gray, Willow Green and other colors. In addition, large white and almond pigment granules are available in 10 lb bags that can be blended with the Granatex 500, allowing you to self-adjust the textured pattern to your customer's liking.
