New Directors Elected to Gruber Systems Board

Valencia, CA. John Hoskinson, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Gruber Systems, Inc., announced the election of two new directors during the company’s annual shareholder’s meeting held on July 19, 2010. Joining the board as directors for the coming year are Marc Emmer and Joseph Klocko.

Marc Emmer is founder of Optimize, Inc., a management consulting firm based in Valencia, CA, which specializes in Strategic Planning. Joseph Klocko served as President and COO of Tactair Fluid Controls Inc., Liverpool New York and Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning of HR Textron, Inc. of Valencia, CA.

During the meeting,  John Hoskinson and Jeffrey Hoskinson, an attorney with Bowie, Arneson, Wiles & Giannone of Newport Beach, CA, were re-elected Chairman and Secretary, respectively. Continuing directors also include Louis Suarez, Executive Vice President & COO of Gruber Systems, and Edward Hoskinson, President & COO of Baltic Linen in Lake Success, N.Y.

Gruber Systems, Inc. is a manufacturer of molds, equipment, and supplies for the cast polymer industry with customers worldwide.  Corporate offices are located in Valencia, CA with facilities in Mansfield, TX , Rockledge, FL, and Kunshan, China.
